Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, Tally, GST filing and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance and day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions using Tally.
- Handle GST preparation, reconciliation and filing.
- Manage sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments and expense records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial statements.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments.
- Maintain GST records and ensure timely submission of required returns.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions and filing, where applicable.
- Support monthly closing, financial reporting and documentation.




- Coordinate with auditors and support statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
- Hands-on experience in GST filing and GST reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and time management.
- Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.
