We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Billing Executive to manage daily billing activities, accounting entries, customer accounts, payment records, and financial documentation. The candidate should have practical knowledge of invoicing, billing, MS Excel, and accounting software, along with the ability to coordinate with teams.

Key Responsibilities Billing and Invoicing :-

- Prepare and generate sales invoices, tax invoices, delivery challans, and other billing documents. Verify quantities, rates, details, taxes, and other information before generating invoices.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure accurate billing against dispatched materials. Maintain proper records of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and supporting documents. Maintain daily accounting entries for sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses. Handle ledger maintenance.
- Maintain organized records of bills, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports.



Coordinate with team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain records of dispatch quantities, invoices. Assist management with basic reports and other accounting information as required.
- Identify discrepancies in billing or accounting entries and ensure timely correction.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks related to daily business operations

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or a similar role. Working knowledge of accounting software, and MS Excel.
- Understanding of ledger maintenance and basic accounting principles. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and documentation skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Note : Candidates residing in Karambeli or nearby locations will be given first preference. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
