Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho.

- Handle sales, purchase, billing, receipts, payments, journal entries and debit/credit notes.

- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

- Perform customer, vendor and bank reconciliations.

- Handle GST and TDS compliance and related documentation.

- Manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing as applicable.

- Monitor customer outstanding and vendor payable balances.

- Conduct ledger scrutiny and GST reconciliations.

- Assist with monthly closing, MIS and financial reporting.

- Maintain proper records for audits and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, customers and vendors.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely recording of all financial transactions.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.





- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS and E-Way Bill.

- Experience with E-Invoicing will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of billing, purchase, sales, receivables and payables.

- Good knowledge of journal entries, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.

- Experience in manufacturing or trading will be preferred.

- Zoho Books / Zoho Finance experience will be an added advantage.

- Robust analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
