Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial statement preparation, along with proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Preferred candidate profile

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and maintenance of books of accounts.
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation of GST data, and support in resolving GST-related discrepancies.
- Assist in direct and indirect taxation matters, including TDS compliance, tax computations, and statutory filings.
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting data.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, and variance analysis.




- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely reconciliation of customer and vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments for accounting and compliance-related matters.
- Provide financial information and analytical support to senior management for planning and decision-making.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information and records.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation and account finalization.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reconciliation skills.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
