We at Ambedkar Group of Institutions require experienced professionals for the post of Accounts Assistant for our Institutions located at Patna, Siwan & Rohtas.

Key Responsibilities

NOTE: Good working knowledge of billing and of Tally with minimum 2 years of experience in any organization of repute. Must have previously handled the role of Cashier too.

-Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

- Working with spread sheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash transactions.

-Controlling credit and chasing debt. -Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies

-Creating and updating expense reports

-Processing reimbursement forms

He must be valuable at budgeting, reporting, and bookkeeping.
