Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, on site position responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities and maintaining accurate accounting records for Aditya Industries. Typical responsibilities include recording transactions, preparing and reviewing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements and ledgers. The role involves assisting with budgeting, cost tracking for manufacturing operations, and generating periodic financial reports to support management decisions.

The Accountant will also help ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable handling, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, such as preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and supporting budgeting and cost control.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of tax and regulatory compliance, including basic understanding of local tax laws, GST or sales tax, and statutory requirements relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and digital tools, including spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), accounting or Tally systems, and basic data management.
- Candidates should possess solid attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, etc.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or hospitality-related industries, and familiarity with inventory and cost accounting, will be considered beneficial.
