Job DescriptionAB Infrazone Private Limited is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Site Accountant with a strong background in construction and infrastructure accounting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing financial operations, project expenses, contractor payments, and accounting records for road construction or civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations independently.
- Maintain project-wise accounts, expenses, and financial records.
- Handle contractor and subcontractor billing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Track material purchases, diesel consumption, labour payments, and machinery expenses.
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
- Prepare and verify vendor bills, purchase invoices, and payment vouchers.
- Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and daily cash reports.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and project-wise expenditure statements.




- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and management.
- Maintain accurate records using Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Previous experience in a construction, road infrastructure, EPC, or civil contracting company is strongly preferred.
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Solid proficiency in Tally Prime and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, vendor reconciliation, and contractor billing.
- Experience handling multiple project accounts will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage accounting responsibilities independently.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
