What You’ll Do

- Plan and manage content across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Come up with ideas, write captions, and work with the design team to create posts and reels
- Build and run social media campaigns – product launches, offers, festive promos, etc.
- Post content regularly and make sure everything goes out on time
- Reply to comments and DMs, engage with followers, and grow the community
- Track what’s working and what’s not using insights and analytics
- Keep up with trends, reels, and current platform features
- Make monthly content calendars and get approvals from clients or teams
- Suggest ways to improve content and grow followers organically
- Handle basic ad boosting and paid promotions (optional but a plus)





What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who lives and breathes social media
- Good with writing, planning, and creative thinking
- Knows how to use tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.
- Has worked on campaigns and understands how to get results
- Organized, on time, and good at managing multiple accounts
- Can work well with designers, clients, and other team members
- Bonus if you know some design or video basics
