Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, and building long-term relationships. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating with engineering and project teams, preparing proposals and quotations, and tracking project progress against timelines and budgets.

The Account

Manager will handle contract administration, monitor client satisfaction, address issues promptly, and support business development through follow-ups and referrals. The role involves regular on-site meetings, documentation of account activities,



and ensuring that client expectations are aligned with operational capabilities.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage client relationships, handle multiple accounts, and maintain clear, professional communication.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or related fields, with understanding of building, waterproofing, repair, or maintenance services.
- Strong skills in coordination, planning, and organization to support project delivery and account oversight.
- Proficiency in documentation, basic reporting, and use of office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Comfort working on-site, collaborating with technical teams, and conducting client meetings in Delhi and surrounding areas.
- Prior experience in account management, sales support, or customer service in a project-driven environment is beneficial.
