Account Manager, US IT Recruitment

Location: Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager for US IT Recruitment to manage client relationships, drive recruitment business, and coordinate with clients and recruiters to fulfill US IT staffing requirements.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience handling TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) clients and working with W2/C2C requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with US IT staffing clients and vendors.
- Handle client accounts, understand hiring requirements, and ensure timely fulfillment of positions.
- Coordinate with US IT recruiters to source and submit qualified candidates.
- Manage W2, C2C, and other US staffing engagement models.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
- Track submissions,



interviews, placements, and account performance.
- Negotiate rates, manage client expectations, and support business growth.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients, recruiters, and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in US IT staffing and account management.
- Robust understanding of US IT recruitment processes and staffing models, particularly W2 and C2C.
- Experience working with TCS clients or managing TCS-related staffing requirements is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work the US night shift.
- Willingness to work from the office at Novel Tech Park, Bangalore, five days a week.
