Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting customer expectations.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues, improve processes, and implement effective solutions.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in account management or related field (IT Services & Consulting).

- Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic planning.

- Strong understanding of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) principles and their application in industrial automation projects.

- Excellent communication skills for building robust relationships with clients at all levels.
