Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships and understand their recruitment requirements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Coordinate with clients and internal recruitment teams to meet hiring targets.
- Develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities.
- Follow up on job requirements, interviews, candidate feedback, offers,
and joining status.
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio and business pipeline.
- Drive business growth through effective account management and business development.
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and timely delivery.

- 5+ years of experience in domestic recruitment or staffing.
