Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Gwalior.

The Account

Executive will manage day-to-day customer relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with clients and business partners.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing quotations, maintaining accurate order and billing records, coordinating with internal teams for dispatch and delivery, and tracking payments and outstanding accounts. The role also involves supporting sales targets, identifying opportunities for new business, preparing regular reports on account performance,



and maintaining compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

The Account

Executive will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth end-to-end customer service.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in client relationship management, customer service, and communication to build and sustain long-term accounts.
- Proficiency in basic accounting practices, order processing, and payment follow-up, with attention to accuracy and deadlines.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic business software or ERP systems for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and support forecasting and planning activities.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience in industrial or B2B sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced commercial environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of local language and English to manage documentation and client communication effectively.
