Job Responsibilities

- Handle complete day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Maintain Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Journal and Contra entries.
- Handle General Ledger, Party Ledger, Bank Ledger and Cash Book.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and vendor/customer reconciliation.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and finalisation of accounts.
- Handle GST workings, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, input tax credit reconciliation and GST reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and return-related workings.
- Have knowledge of PF, ESIC and payroll accounting.
- Maintain debit notes, credit notes, outstanding statements and expense records.
- Handle fixed assets, depreciation, provisions, prepaid expenses and accruals.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants for audits and financial statements.




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable accounting and taxation requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, outstanding reports and other financial statements as required by management.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Robust knowledge of complete accounting, taxation and financial reporting.
- Practical knowledge of Balance Sheet preparation and accounts finalisation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting software.
- Experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage.
- Should be capable of independently handling the complete accounting process.
- Good analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
