Ebenezer Hatcheries Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and organised Accountant to join our team at Athani, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial record-keeping, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and statutory compliance.
- Maintain proper records of cash, bank transactions, and expenses.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements
- B.Com or a related qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply; candidates with experience will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and bank reconciliation is preferred.
- Positive numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹21,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Regular working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
