Daily &

- Operational Accounting

- Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile daily income from rooms, restaurants, banquets, spa, and activities against PMS (Property Management System) or software like IDS.

- Night Audit Verification: Check daily night audit reports to confirm all guest billing, charges, and cash/card collections match properly.

- Transaction Recording: Enter daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers into the accounting ledger.

- Payment Collection: Reconcile cash, UPI, credit cards, bank transfers, and Online Travel Agency (OTA) payouts from platforms like MakeMyTrip or Booking.com.

Accounts Payable &

- Receivable (AP/AR)

- Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, track purchase orders from the store/kitchen, and schedule timely vendor payments.

- Accounts Receivable: Manage guest ledgers, city ledgers, and corporate accounts, following up on outstanding or overdue payments.

- OTA &
- Commission Checks:

Verify commission rates, tax deductions (TCS/TDS), refunds, and cancellation charges from online booking channels.





Financial Reporting &

- Compliance

- Month-End Closing: Assist with monthly financial closings, bank reconciliations, and trial balance checks.

- MIS Reports: Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports detailing daily/monthly revenues, expenses, and cash flow.

- Statutory Compliance: Handle calculations and filings related to GST, TDS, and other local tax regulations.

- Audit Support: Prepare ledger books, vouchers, and statements to support internal and external financial audits.

Cross-Department Coordination

- Partner with the Front Office on room billing and guest check-out queries.

- Coordinate with Food &
- Beverage (F&B;)

and Stores/Purchase to verify stock entries and consumption costs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
