Accounts Executive

- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in accounting field.
- handling of accounts in Tally Prime and Enter posting of purchase, sales, payment, receipt collection & journal voucher, Import Purchase, Export Sales.
- Verification of bills & payment.
- Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
- Maintain cash transaction & petty cash book.
- Day to day transactions, JV.
- Preparing outstanding list of Debtor & making Payment follow-up.
- Preparing of Tax invoices, Vouchers (E-way Bills, E-invoicing)




- Bank Remittance.
- Reconciliation of Bank Statement at the end of month.
- TDS, TCS, GSTR 1, GSTR 2B, GSTR 3B
- Verified GST details of every month.
- GST audit, Internal audit, statutory audit, fixed asset verification, Preparing MIS report every month, Ledger scrutiny.
- Interact with all Audits such as Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Departmental Audit (Sales Tax, Service Tax etc.).
