The Mind Chess Academy is an online education platform offering chess coaching, mathematics and other academic tutoring programs.

We are looking for an experienced Academy Manager to independently manage day-to-day operations, lead the sales team and ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the academy.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily academy operations, including group classes, one-to-one classes, scheduling and tutor coordination.
- Monitor tutor attendance, performance and class delivery.
- Lead and manage the sales team, monitor enquiries, follow-ups and enrollment conversions.
- Handle parent enquiries, complaints and student-related concerns.
- Track enrollments, revenue, fee collections and outstanding payments.
- Monitor team performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Identify operational problems and implement solutions independently.
- Take ownership of overall academy operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall professional experience, preferably with 3–5 years in operations or sales management.
- Proven experience managing teams and business operations.
- Experience in education, edtech, coaching or service-based businesses preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools and online meeting platforms.
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Hours
- Full-time,



6 days a week.
- 10 AM to 9 PM IST, with a flexible 1–2 hour break.
- Weekly off can be any day of the week.
- Work-from-home position requiring consistent availability and accountability.

Pay & Benefits
- Fixed monthly base salary plus performance-based incentives linked to total fee collections from new student enrollments.
- No upper limit on performance incentives.
- Expected monthly earnings: ₹25,000–₹50,000, depending on performance.
- Three-month probation period, followed by performance-based confirmation.

Someone who can take ownership of academy operations, manage people, solve problems independently and ensure the business runs smoothly without requiring constant supervision from the owner.
