Reporting directly to the Principal/Director, the Academic Head leads academic operations, play-based curriculum execution, teacher supervision, parent counselling, and event management to foster holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum &
- Pedagogy:

Plan, review, and monitor age-appropriate learning frameworks, lesson delivery, classroom engagement, and student progress documentation.

- Teacher Supervision: Guide, observe, and mentor teaching staff, providing regular feedback, conducting internal training, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

- Parent Counselling &

- Student Care:

Lead parent discussions on child development, address academic concerns, support admission interactions, and identify special developmental needs.

- Events &

- Operations:





Organize celebrations, theme days, and field trips. Oversee classroom allocation, resource budgeting, and daily academic administration.

Candidate Profile &

- Success Metrics

- Qualifications: Degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECCE/NTT/Montessori) with relevant preschool leadership experience, excellent communication, and MS Office skills.

- KPIs: Evaluated on curriculum delivery, teacher performance, assessment accuracy, event execution, and parent satisfaction.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
