1. Job Summary

LA Excellence Academy is looking for a confident, student-focused Academic Counsellor for its Kompally branch. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents about the academy's courses, understanding their academic goals, explaining suitable programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding the academy's courses, programs, and admission opportunities.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain course structures, fee details, schedules, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions by providing appropriate guidance.
- Handle walk-in enquiries and schedule counselling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, counselling sessions, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Coordinate with the Telecalling, Academic, and Admissions teams.
- Address students' and parents' queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Maintain good relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Submit regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and admission progress to the reporting manager.

1. Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any graduate; candidates with relevant qualifications will be preferred.
- Experience:



Prior experience in academic counselling, educational admissions, or student relationship management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Fluency in Telugu and good communication skills in English are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and familiarity with WhatsApp are required.
- Ability to explain educational programs clearly and confidently.
