About Techstack Academy

Techstack Academy is a professional training institute focused on industry-oriented courses, practical learning, skill development, and growth opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellors to join our team in Saket, New Delhi.

As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide students in choosing the right career-oriented courses based on their interests, educational backgrounds, and career goals. You will communicate with prospective students, explain course details, follow up with leads, and help them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, batches, and placement assistance.
- Follow up with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Handle incoming enquiries and maintain regular communication with leads.
- Schedule counselling sessions and institute visits.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update lead status.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.




- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.

Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, counselling, and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and team-working skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; relevant counselling, sales, or admission experience is an advantage.
- Candidates from education counselling, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service backgrounds are welcome.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Saket office.
