Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students regarding courses, admissions, educational programs, and career opportunities. The candidate should have strong communication skills and an interest in student counselling and education services.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and educational programs.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Maintain student inquiry databases and counselling records.
- Support admission processes and documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets, where applicable.
- Provide accurate information and maintain qualified communication.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience may apply.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain course information clearly.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Confidence in handling student and parent inquiries.
- A target-oriented and student-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
