Role

Build agentic automation for the client's IT and infrastructure organisation on Gemini and GCP.

- Build agents and integrations against JIRA, GitHub, Confluence and BMC APIs.
- Implement tool-calling workflows, automation logic, and observability.
- Contribute to ITSM automation use cases and developer-assist features.
- Work closely with the onsite Tech Lead in a distributed delivery model
