D&D; — Design & Decor is looking for creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled 3D Visualisers to join our growing team. Whether you are an emerging visualiser with a solid creative foundation or an experienced professional with an exceptional eye for realism, we value talent, initiative, and a passion for architectural visualisation.

The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming design concepts and drawings into compelling, photorealistic 3D visualisations that communicate the intended design, materials, lighting, textures, and spatial atmosphere with clarity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D models of interior and architectural spaces based on design concepts, drawings, and project requirements.
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders with accurate materials, textures, lighting, and composition.
- Create 3D visualisations for interiors, exteriors, furniture, and custom-designed elements.
- Interpret 2D drawings, reference images, and design briefs to develop accurate 3D representations.
- Apply appropriate materials, finishes, lighting setups, camera angles, and rendering techniques to achieve the desired visual quality.
- Prepare polished visual presentations for client reviews and design approvals.
- Revise models and renders based on design updates, client feedback, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with interior designers and the design team to maintain consistency between the approved design and final visualisation.
- Organise project files, models, textures, and render outputs systematically.
- Maintain high standards of visual quality, technical accuracy,



and timely delivery.

Junior 3D Visualiser Creativity, learning, and technical development

- Assist in 3D modelling, material application, lighting setup, and rendering.
- Develop visualisations from provided drawings, sketches, and references.
- Demonstrate an understanding of scale, proportions, composition, and basic lighting principles.
- Work under guidance while improving modelling efficiency, rendering quality, and attention to detail.

Senior 3D Visualiser Advanced visualisation, independence, and quality leadership

- Independently develop complex 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renders.
- Interpret design intent accurately and translate it into compelling visual presentations.
- Handle advanced materials, lighting, camera composition, and rendering workflows.
- Maintain consistency and quality across multiple views and project presentations.
- Optimise scenes, manage rendering resources, and meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Guide junior visualisers and contribute to improving visualisation standards and workflows.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Degree, diploma, or relevant training in 3D Visualisation, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and rendering engines such as V-Ray or Corona.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion, or other relevant visualisation tools is an advantage.




- Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, composition, perspective, and realistic rendering techniques.
- Ability to interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating modelling skills, rendering quality, and visual presentation.
- Good time management, problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers and meet project deadlines.

Candidates are not expected to master every listed software. Proficiency in the tools relevant to the role, strong visualisation skills, and a willingness to learn will be valued.
