Role Description The 3 PL OMS Integration role is a contract position based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for integrating third-party logistics (3PL) systems with Order Management Systems (OMS), including designing interfaces, configuring integrations, and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business and technical requirements, implementing and testing integration workflows, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting integration issues in coordination with cross-functional teams. The role involves documenting integration specifications, supporting deployment activities, and working closely with stakeholders such as product, operations,



and external vendors to maintain seamless order, inventory, and fulfillment processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret business needs, analyze data flows, and optimize integration performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, and to document technical solutions clearly.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including experience with APIs, web services, middleware, or messaging systems related to OMS and 3PL platforms.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve integration and system issues in a timely manner.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, such as experience with relevant programming or scripting languages and familiarity with version control and testing practices.
- 6+ years of Experience with e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, or order management systems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within contract timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
