At Parallel Learning, our Video team creates professional training and policy-awareness videos for manufacturing companies. These videos are developed in 2D animation, 3D animation, and live photoshoot formats to help employees understand machine operations, workplace safety, precautionary measures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Animator who can visualize complex industrial concepts into simple, engaging, and accurate 3D videos. You will be responsible for creating realistic machine animations, factory environments, safety simulations, and character animations for corporate training.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, environments, and assets related to manufacturing - machines, factory floors, tools, safety equipment (PPE).
- Animate machine operations, assembly/disassembly processes, and safety procedures with technical accuracy.
- Develop character animations for safety training, SOPs, and policy-awareness scenarios.
- Work on lighting, texturing, shading, rigging, and rendering to achieve photorealistic output.
- Collaborate with Scriptwriters, Instructional Designers, Voice-over Artists, and the 2D Animation team to understand storyboards and training objectives.




- Edit and composite final videos with sound effects and voice-overs as per project requirements.
- Ensure all videos meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client deadlines.
- Optimize 3D assets and maintain a proper project file library.

Required Skills & Software:
- Proficiency in 3D software: Blender / 3ds Max / Cinema 4D
- Solid skills in Modeling, Texturing, Lighting, Rigging, and Rendering.
- Knowledge of compositing and post-production: After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of Substance Painter, ZBrush, or Marvelous Designer is a plus.
- Good understanding of animation principles, camera movement, and storytelling.
- Ability to understand technical drawings or reference videos of machines.
- Attention to detail for industrial accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- Portfolio / Showreel demonstrating previous 3D work, especially industrial or mechanical animation, is mandatory.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in creating training, e-learning, or explainer videos.
- Basic knowledge of 2D animation tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and workplace safety standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
