- Diploma/Bachelor degree (Engineering)
- Positive computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work independently, carry out duties in assigned time, effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform regular quality assessments on all stage wise in process produced components.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations as per control plan.
- Maintain NC register of all stage wise parts and report the same to Incharge.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the product to the specifications.
- Monthly checking and maintenance of all gauges.
Calibration of all gauges as per defined time plan.
- Recommend improvements to the internal production process to ensure quality control.
- Perform kaizens, maintain kaizen form in all processes for improving productivity and maintaining zero defect parts.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
