Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site. - Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work as per project schedules. - Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors. - Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Verify measurements, prepare work progress reports, and maintain site records. - Monitor material usage, quality, and inventory at the site. - Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions to avoid project delays. - Review and certify contractor bills based on work completed. - Ensure proper manpower deployment and resource utilization. - Maintain documentation related to site activities, inspections, and project updates. - Participate in project review meetings and provide status updates to management. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.



- 2-5 years of experience in real estate, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects. - Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting. - Understanding of BOQ, estimation, billing, and project execution. - Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
