We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Sales Engineer / Sales Manager with proven experience in Bag Filters used in Dust Collection Systems .

This role involves driving business growth, managing key industrial accounts, and expanding our presence across sectors such as Aluminum Smelters, Steel, Cement, Power, and Foundries .

Key Responsibilities :

- Promote and sell Bag Filters for Dust Collection Systems across Eastern India (including Chhattisgarh)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from inquiry generation to order finalization
- Conduct site visits, technical discussions, and solution-based presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams and OEMs for techno-commercial proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Mechanical preferred )
- 2-8 years of experience in industrial sales ( Dust Collection Systems preferred )
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Profile :





- Experience in industries such as Aluminum Smelters, Steel, Cement, or Power Plants :

- Exposure to pollution control equipment / air filtration systems
