We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to handle on-site service activities across Rajasthan. The role involves visiting customer locations, diagnosing issues in transformers/servo stabilizers, providing technical reports, and carrying out repairs or maintenance as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer complaints assigned by the company across Rajasthan
- Visit sites to inspect, diagnose, and analyze technical issues :
- Perform on-site repair, servicing, and troubleshooting of transformers / servo stabilizers
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports and root cause analysis :
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator for job updates and closures
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Identify spare parts requirements and coordinate for availability
- Follow safety protocols and company service standards at all sites
- Maintain proper documentation for each service visit
Work Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan :
- Must be available for urgent/breakdown calls :
- Should be comfortable working at industrial sites
Required Skills :
- Strong technical knowledge of transformers / servo stabilizers / electrical systems :
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in field conditions
- Valuable communication and reporting skills
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in field service (preferred in transformer/servo industry)
Other Requirements
- Two-wheeler / vehicle preferred for local travel
