Job Title : Service Operations Lead - ELV Systems

Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Annual CTC : ₹2,80,000 - ₹3,60,000

About the Role

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and field service management who enjoy coordinating technical teams and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day service operations for security and ELV projects.
- Schedule preventive maintenance activities and service visits.
- Guide field technicians and engineers during troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Track open service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate manpower deployment across client sites.
- Review service quality and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare operational reports, service records, and client updates.
- Support onboarding and training of technical staff when required.
- Maintain effective communication with customers regarding service status and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, safety requirements, and service commitments.

Desired Qualifications

- Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic security systems, ELV solutions, or technical service operations.




- Experience supervising field service teams is preferred.
