Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer meetings.
- Promote and sell Industrial Motors, Pumps, Lubricants, and Wires & Cables.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industrial clients, contractors, and dealers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closures.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team for timely execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Ensure timely payment follow-up from customers.
Required Skills :
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of industrial products will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
