Job Title: Interior Designer (3D Specialist)

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements

- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed design drawings :

- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings :

- Coordinate with execution team, vendors, and site engineers

- Assist in material selection, color schemes, and finishes

- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and client proposals

- Ensure designs are aligned with site conditions and execution feasibility

- Support project execution with design clarifications and updates

Required Skills & Software Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in:

- Autodesk 3ds Max (must-have)

- Autodesk Revit (must-have)

- Adobe Photoshop (strong knowledge required)

- Good knowledge of:

- AutoCAD

- SketchUp / Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (any rendering tools)

- Solid understanding of space planning and interior detailing





- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and BOQ preparation

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in interior design (freshers with strong portfolio can apply)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects
- Ability to handle client presentations independently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail
