Job Title : Liaison Executive - Solar

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Salary : 25k-35k

Role Overview

The Liaison Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth communication and coordination between all parties involved in solar projects. This includes handling approvals, documentation, site coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Stakeholder Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, EPC teams, vendors, and government bodies
- Maintain strong relationships with DISCOMs (electricity boards), local authorities, and regulatory agencies

2. Approvals & Documentation

- Manage all necessary permits and approvals for solar installations (net metering, grid connectivity, etc.)
- Prepare and submit documentation to relevant authorities

3. Project Support

- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure smooth execution
- Assist in scheduling site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met before and during installation

4. Regulatory Compliance

- Stay updated on solar policies, subsidies,



and government regulations
- Ensure projects adhere to local and national solar energy guidelines

5. Client Handling

- Communicate project progress and updates to clients
- Address client queries related to approvals, timelines, and documentation

6. Reporting & MIS

- Maintain records of project approvals, permits, and correspondence
- Prepare status reports and dashboards for management

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred - Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy)
- Or graduate with relevant experience in solar/energy sector

Experience

- 1-4 years in solar projects, liaisoning, or project coordination
- Familiarity with government procedures and approvals is a plus

Skills

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of solar project lifecycle
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Problem-solving and follow-up skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
