Job Summary -

Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborate with architects and engineers

to understand design and drawing requirements of construction and interior projects.

Responsibilities -

1. Prepare accurate working drawings from hand sketches, concept/scheme

designs and 3D models.

1. Read architectural designs and produce test-fit layouts, general arrangements

and detailed drawings.

1. Coordinate with consultants - structural, MEP, etc. for design integration.

2. Coordinate with vendors and contractors during design execution.

3. Create and update project drawings list on a regular basis.

4. Thorough review of drawings before being sent to the execution team.

5. Create, modify archive and control revision of drawings.

6. Conduct site visits as necessary.





Requirements -

1. A diploma holder in architecture or civil engineering having 2 to 5 years

of drafting experience in architecture and interior projects.

1. Good understanding of drafting standards and construction methods including false ceiling, flooring, tiling and carpentry.

2. Robust problem solving skills and work under deadlines.

3. Proficiency in Autocad.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
