Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of power generators at client sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to service requests and inquiries.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with team members and technical support to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in power generation technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing power generators or related equipment.




- Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and control panels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel as required to various job sites.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with specific power generator brands and models.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the field.
