- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, budget, and design preferences
- Prepare space planning, layouts, mood boards, and concept designs
- Develop 2D drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings
- Create 3D views and walkthroughs (if applicable)
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and basic cost estimates
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and design accuracy are maintained
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray (preferred)
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and execution details
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
