We are looking for a passionate and skilled Competitive Programming Trainer to mentor and guide students in mastering problem-solving and algorithmic thinking.
Role Overview
As a Competitive Programming Trainer, you will be responsible for teaching students how to approach complex coding problems, improve their logical thinking, and excel on platforms like Codeforces, LeetCode, and CodeChef.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging live sessions on Competitive Programming concepts
- Teach Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) with a problem-solving approach
- Guide students on platforms like Codeforces, LeetCode, CodeChef, etc.
- Help students improve coding speed, accuracy, and optimization skills
- Design and review coding assignments, contests, and mock tests
- Mentor students for coding interviews and competitive contests
- Track student performance and provide actionable feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Robust knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Active profile on platforms like Codeforces, LeetCode, or CodeChef
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Prior teaching/mentoring experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and explanation skills
- Consistent competitive programming track record preferred (good ratings/rankings)
Job Type
- Part-Time on Saturday and Sunday
