Responsibilities :

- Supervise daily landscaping activities at site (plantation, lawn work, irrigation, hardscape).
- Manage and guide site workers, gardeners, and contractors to ensure timely work completion.
- Ensure work quality as per landscape drawings, standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, procurement, and vendors for manpower, materials, tools, and plants.
- Monitor site attendance, productivity, and discipline of workers.
- Ensure proper use and safety of tools, equipment, and materials at site.
- Handle client/site engineer coordination and resolve in office issues professionally.
- Prepare daily work reports and share updates with management.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance at the site.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience in landscaping, gardening, or civil/site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation systems, and basic landscaping techniques.
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.




- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp reporting is an advantage.

Education & Experience :

- Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
- 1-3 years of experience in landscaping, construction site supervision, or related field.

Other Requirements :

- Two-wheeler compulsory.
- Willingness to work on field sites.
- Responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented attitude.
