- Assist senior technicians and engineers in day-to-day tasks.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities as per assigned trade.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Operate tools, machines, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
- Maintain records of work done and report issues to supervisors.
Eligibility & Skills :
- ITI certificate/diploma in [specific trade, e.g., Electrician, Fitter, Mechanic, etc.].
- Fresher (0-1 year experience).
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices related to the trade.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
