About the Role Tathastu Architects, Rajkot is hiring an Architectural Draftsperson with robust technical drawing and drafting skills to support architectural projects. The role focuses on precise 2D documentation, working drawings, and coordination for residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed architectural layouts including site plans and building arrangements.
- Draft accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and details for construction.
- Convert conceptual sketches or 3D models into execution-ready 2D plans and sections.
- Create presentation sheets with layouts, title blocks, legends, and clear annotations.
- Set up drawings for printing and plotting with appropriate sheet sizes and scales.
- Prepare technical drawings for structural, electrical, plumbing, and basic MEP layouts.
- Adhere to office drafting standards for layers, symbols, notations, and coordination.




- Coordinate with architects and engineers to revise drawings based on design updates.

Requirements :

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in architectural drafting or 2D technical documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) for 2D drafting, detailing, and annotations.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SketchUp or Revit for model reference is preferred.
- Strong grasp of technical drawings, building codes, and architectural detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail, dimensional accuracy, and standards compliance.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Rajkot and collaborate with the design team.
