Position Title: Sales Engineer Switchgear Specific Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering & Electrical Specific Certifications or Licenses Requirements: Preferably with Oman / GCC license. Years of Experience: Minimum 78 years in similar role in Switchgear Manufacturing Business Primary Objective of This Job Responsible for Marketing and Sales of Products / Contracts for SWG Products (LV, MV and C&R; panels). Key Results and Activities Regular visit to customers / projects and generate enquiries. Price negotiation / attend technical queries with the manufacturer. Direct customer interaction from top to bottom level, for discussion & business meetings. Coordinating / preparing proposals. Order / contract closing. Identify opportunities for growth and development of SWG. Implementing strategies and expanding customer base. Conducting seminars / presentations for customers. Identification of new product lines. Should be having sense of loyalty and ownership of the task taken in hand.
Regular interaction with manufacturers / principals / internal and external customers. Payment / credit lines follow-ups. Making and delivering technical presentations. Presentation / updating developmental activities to the manufacturer. Skills: Should be independently able to handle verbal and written communication with valuable command over English. Excellent coordination skills for project execution. Familiarization & knowledge of ERP. Should be having good leadership qualities to take initiatives and lead a possible team in future. Skillful in computer usage with good knowledge of Excel and Word programs. Skillful in preparation of management reports Preferences Preferences are given to candidates with: Experienced in Oman / GCC. Pleasant personality. Good visible health and a flair to do field jobs.
