Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential driver-partners in assigned areas
- Explain Uber’s onboarding process, policies, and benefits
- Ensure successful onboarding and activation of drivers
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets
- Maintain accurate records and reports of onboarded drivers
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding operations

Eligibility Criteria

- Education : 12th Pass / Graduate

- Experience : Any field sales or field work experience preferred

- Skills Required :

- Good communication skills

- Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

- Ability to work in the field and meet targets

- Customer-handling and persuasion skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
