Job Description: Parking Management Associate

Location : Basement, Alphathum, Sector-90, Noida Department : Operations / Facility Management Reports to : Site Supervisor / Security Head

Job Purpose

To facilitate the smooth flow of traffic within the Alphathum basement premises, ensuring all vehicles are parked efficiently while maintaining high standards of security and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Traffic Coordination : Directing vehicles for seamless entry and exit to prevent congestion within the basement area.
- Revenue Management : Issuing parking slips to visitors/tenants and accurately collecting parking fees where applicable.
- Security Liaison : Coordinating closely with security personnel to report any suspicious activities, unauthorized parking, or safety hazards.
- Space Optimization : Guiding drivers to available slots to ensure maximum utilization of the parking facility.




- Compliance : Adhering to all General Conditions and safety protocols outlined by the Alphathum management.

Requirements & Skills

- Education : High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in parking management, security, or a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Communication : Basic verbal communication skills to interact with drivers and coordinate with the team.
- Attributes : Punctual, alert, and capable of standing for extended periods.

Work Workplace

- This role is based in a basement parking environment.
- Requires active movement and coordination throughout the shift.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
