- Product Demonstration : Provide comprehensive overviews of vehicle features, technical specifications, warranties, and competitive advantages. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Test Drives : Organize and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring all proper documentation (e.g., driver's licenses) is collected and safety protocols are followed. [1]
- Sales & Negotiation : Negotiate vehicle prices, trade-in values, and financing options. Prepare contracts and ensure all paperwork complies with dealership policies. [1, 2]
- Upselling : Pitch additional products like extended warranties, insurance, service packages, and vehicle accessories.
- Lead Management & Follow-Up : Maintain customer databases and CRM systems to track leads, follow up with prospective buyers, and encourage repeat business and referrals. [1, 2]
