Designation : Executive

- Operations Experience : 0-1 Year Department :Operations Location :Gurugram, Haryana Shift Time :9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain daily stock updates and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Prepare, update, and circulate MIS reports related to stock movement, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely entry in internal systems.
- Create shipment manifests as per dispatch schedules.
- Share LR (Lorry Receipt)



details in respective internal and external coordination groups.
- Maintain proper records of all dispatched consignments.
- Coordinate with PTL (Part Truck Load) vendors for tracking aging and delayed shipments.
- Raise and update tickets in respective PTL vendor panels for shipment-related issues.
- Update and track ticket IDs to closure.
- Update transport details including vehicle number, driver details, LR number, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with internal teams for alignment on logistics and stock status.

Qualifications :

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Positive data entry speed with high accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics, transport, and warehouse operations (preferred).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
