With a rapidly growing network, Pointo is enabling EV adoption by providing reliable and scalable energy infrastructure. - Role Overview : The Hub Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the battery swapping hub in Varanasi. The role requires strong operational control, team management, vendor coordination, and ensuring high uptime and service quality at the hub. - Key Responsibilities :
- Hub Operations Management :
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the battery swapping hub
- Monitor battery availability, charging cycles, and uptime
- Maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime
- Inventory & Asset Management :
- Track battery inventory and ensure proper utilization
- Maintain records of battery movement and lifecycle
- Ensure safety and compliance in battery handling
- Team Management :
- Supervise and manage hub executives/technicians
- Ensure proper shift planning and workforce utilization
- Conduct regular training and performance monitoring
- Vendor & Partner Coordination :
- Coordinate with logistics partners,
service vendors, and local stakeholders
- Ensure timely maintenance and issue resolution
- Customer & Partner Experience :
- Ensure seamless service experience for drivers and fleet partners
- Address and resolve escalations promptly
- Compliance & Safety :
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs
- Maintain regulatory compliance at the hub
- Reporting & MIS :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hub performanceTrack KPIs like uptime, battery utilization, and service turnaround time
Key Requirements :
- Education :
- Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
- Experience :
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or fleet management
- Prior experience in EV, battery, or mobility sector is a plus
- Skills :
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills
- Team handling and leadership ability
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
