We are looking to hire patient-focused Patient Relation Officer (PRO)/PRE- Female, Who has energetic and passionate about the work and has good communication skills. In this dynamic role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patient's comfort and satisfaction during their visit.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Guiding Patients/Visitors through the range of services we offer, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.

2. Act as a primary point of contact for patients/visitors and their attendants.

3. Assist patients/visitors with registration, appointments, and inquiries.

4. Assessing patient readiness for tests, including confirming fasting requirements.

5. Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and policies.

6. Acting as a bridge between patients/families and clinical staff (doctors and nurses) to provide updates.

7. Address patient concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

8. Efficiently managing the Q-Line and Token System to enhance the billing process for our valued visitors.

9. Assisting patients in selecting appropriate test packages, explaining precautions and timings.

10. Coordinate with doctors, nurses and hospital departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

11. Ensuring all patients adhere to the specified testing schedule.

12. Overseeing the timely transfer of collected samples to the central laboratory, following existing logistics routes.

13. Monitoring and addressing report delays, promptly communicating with relevant parties.

14. Facilitating the convenient delivery of scan reports to patients' homes.

15.



Coordinating with other branches in case of emergency service breakdowns to ensure smooth patient transfers.

16. Assisting with the patient journey, including admission, navigation, and discharge processes.

17. Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during treatment.

18. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

19. Addressing patient concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

20. Support patient satisfaction initiatives and service quality standards.

21. Monitoring patient satisfaction through feedback and making recommendations for improvement.

22. Providing support to the billing desk during staff shortages.

23. Managing records, scheduling and coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications / Required Skills (Eligibility & Requirements) :

1. Education: Degree/PG in Life Sciences (Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology, molecular biology, zoology).

2. 0-2 Yrs of experience as a Patient Relation Officer (PRO) /Patient Relation Executive or Similar role.

3. Experience in a hospital or healthcare workplace preferred.

4. Should have Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Empathetic, well-groomed and Patient-service oriented.

6. A patient-centric, compassionate approach to handling care.

7. Ability to handle difficult situations and complaints diplomatically.

8. Critical thinker and good problem-solver.

9. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hospital systems.

10. Should know Telugu, English and Hindi.
