- Oversee day-to-day operations of the dialysis unit and ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan, assign, and supervise duties of dialysis nurses and technicians.
- Ensure adherence to dialysis protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety norms.
- Monitor dialysis procedures including HD, CAPD (if applicable), and emergency dialysis support.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and protected use of dialysis machines and RO systems.
- Coordinate with Nephrologists, Biomedical, Pharmacy, and Housekeeping teams.
- Monitor consumables, drugs, and dialysis supplies; ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Handle patient education, counseling, and address patient or attendant concerns.
- Maintain and audit dialysis records, checklists, logs, and clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, internal audits, and quality indicators.
- Train and mentor dialysis nursing staff; identify skill gaps and arrange training.
- Ensure proper waste management and biomedical waste segregation in the unit.
- Manage staff attendance, leave, and performance monitoring.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
