We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Executive to manage B2B and B2C sales operations across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order processing and fulfillment coordination
- Inventory and catalog management
- Handling marketplace portals
- Sales tracking and report generation
- Managing returns, customer queries, and account health
- Coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams
- Monitoring online sales performance and promotions
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Moglix, and similar platforms
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education :
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience :
- in e-commerce operations: 1 year (preferred)
